I put a star because I can't put less but no respect for your customers. I had already ordered a dish that was delivered excessively salty for me, I call to inform them and I am given the same dilute dish with water. A few times later I recommend that there will be more consideration, but more than 2 hours delay and no call to prevent or excuse and I had planned this meal for the fast break. For me it's over and I don't advise you to order at home. I never said I had ordered twice, but the two bad experiences I had ruined every time for me. It's not because people appreciate your kitchen that you must neglect certain things. If delivery takes longer than expected to have at least the consideration of informing your customers, they will understand. And about the mafe you just added water, we can't talk about quality in this case, and I sent you a message without answer from you. Quality alone is not enough. See your organization again.
Delivery after 2 hours, disrespectful delivery. All this for a not very famous dish.
I tested twice (because after the 1st experience, I left the benefit of the doubt. 1st test: 30 delay without explanation and order not conforming to what was ordered. Calling the customer to know what he wants (or can) to eat was apparently not an option. Second test: 1h15 delay without explanation. Obligated to contact several times to find out where the order is. Imagine a lunch scheduled at noon which finally starts at 1:30. In compensation a nonchalant sorry. I try to favor small businesses as much as possible, I find it a shame...
