Being a Cosmetic Surgeon I travel a lot mainly for work, conferences, etc. but also for family reasons and every time I pass through Loreto it is a must for me to stop and pray at the Sanctuary of the Holy House and quickly taste some excellent dishes from this characteristic restaurant. Excellent location, elegant in its simplicity, excellent food, impeccable service, very friendly staff. Even the devotion to Saint Charbel of the very nice managers is hard to believe but deeply shared by me, I have a rare wooden icon of him at home donated directly by the Rector of Annaya. The last time I was at Re Ghiottone on Sunday 14 January, the girl who served me, very polite and composed, had a unique and unforgettable delicacy and smile... I don't know her name and perhaps I didn't thank her enough for the great kindness he showed me
