Vocelli Pizza - Lorton

Set an online order at 6:10PM. Get message that it was set for delivery at 7:08PM. Called at 7:38PM and was told that there was a mix and that my order was not made. They offered to make new pizza, but after waiting 1.5 hours, it didn't seem worth it. Things are wrong, but I wouldn't rely on their text message system.

No matter how often I give this place a chance that my pizza will never be made as I order. It is terrible because this place is not cheap and if you pay $20 for a pizza, you should expect it to be exactly what you asked. I noticed a comment below from a while back saying how his pizza had no sauce and unfortunately it happened to me several times and it always happens when the same person works. A guy named Jay is who messes up my pizza every time and I have to call and complain and if I trust the other employees with this employee and teaches that the ruining people pizzas is a regular event for him. So just to give everyone a fair warning of caution.

This is one of the best pizza spots. I'm from NYC and that's as close as I'll try my hometown disc. The staff is also incredible.

Very clean business, many options! We were received as soon as we got in. The pizza is always delicious.

This was our first time here, we just moved, the pizza was amazing!! The gentleman that was working mad us the best pizza and also was very professional and very nice. I would highly recommend this place to any pizza lovers! We'll definitely be back! ?
