Botanica - Los Alamitos

I loved botanica my first visit bc of the fresh green menu, but the service was pretty slow. I just went back and wow. we couldn't get anyone to our table!

We went for two birthdays that celebrate together. there were seven of us and it was funny. the food was really delicious, although my dish was maybe a little bit salty for my taste. also the cocktails were great, especially the strawberry. we sat inside, but there is also an outside terrace in the back.

Honestly. I thought this was too expensive for what I got. the dates were dry and tasted like they were old. the $26 vegetarian meal I got had mushrooms in him and it was not good. I wouldn't come back and wouldn't give it back to anyone.

I love botanica, it is such a special restaurant with super fresh, innovative cuisine that is constantly intrigue and always satisfied. Moreover, the ambiente is great, something I am generally very sensitive in the restaurants. they have both inside and outside seats (yes! both areas are super sweet, comfortable, have great lighting, and allow them to listen to their evening dinner talk. the outside seats are located in a back terrace that feels very far from the road, cars and city activities. this is fast my favorite go-to for special occasions or really any kind of outing!

My favorite dinner spot in LA! Great atmosphere and incredible food.
