I had the iced Spanish latte and a warm chocolate chip cookie. Both were great. Perfect vibes for a work session or relaxing coffee with friends. Atmosphere wasn’t too loud. Parking might be more difficult because the parking lot was packed.
I was worried when everyone in Australia told me how horrible coffees can be in The US but thanks to so many amazing cafes, there were very handful of them that were pretty bad. This one was Amazing
Was looking for something sweet after eating at Lee Ga. The afogato sounded good but when asked how many fluid ounces, the answer was kind of vague. She just said it 's two scoops of ice cream and espresso . The Spanish latte was great. Not too sweet. Lavender milk tea was a hit with my sister.Parking: it 's always a valet parking situation. It 's $3. So I 'm not sure how just getting coffee would play out. Funny story: some strange man decided to park his car blocking the parking lot entrance while getting coffee. It was a mess. So I guess don 't be like that guy?
LOVE coming here for a quick little pastry and coffee. It always up to standard and it's a nice little coffee shop to just sit down and do some work. Come here early if you want to do that.
It's been a long while since I've come across a cafe that also has an adjourning work space. Mostly because as I've come to discover, not many cities outside of Los Angeles has this kind of style of coffee shops. Usually, they are small and everyone's vying for space. Alchemist is in this smaller plaza across from Moodaepo. Parking here is a bit of a nightmare because the parking lot is tiny and at a certain time, valet comes in. I live walking distance from here so it's become my spot for some pick-me-up drinks. Their Spanish latte is one of my favorite things to order, although like many other things today, the price is eye watering. I've also gotten their vanilla and honey lattes, both more affordable. I'm not a coffee purist so what I like in my coffees are sugar and Alchemist delivers. It's never too sweet, just right. They also offer alternative milks. So far, I've not worked in their adjourning space but every time I've come, it's been full of people pecking away on their laptops.
