As that my friend and I are both server in restaurants, we are never rude guests or too picky when we dive out. but that was absolutely unacceptable. I've never been so upset in a restaurant and was that it was my birthday dinner, just upset me. very bad experience that ruined my birthday, for which I was so excited. I wrote a note down that only the gist of the night explains. much more had happened, but I don't have enough space to write.

We came a little early for our reservation because we like to live at a place before we sit at our table and that is where we met matte. matt was our bartender and he took care of us very much and later even stopped us at our table to check us out. the hostess treated us like vips and gave us a beautiful stand in the middle of the dining room. our server were colorful and knew the menu really well, which was very helpful because we like to eat and have no fear of pampering a bit. we started with guacamole and then ordered the tacos, ceviche and hummerquesadilla, from which we ate every last bite. when the evening came, we ordered the braided vernacular and a rib-eye steak. both were great! the braided boar was so tender that it was possible to eat it with only one fork and the sweet potato. the steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned for perfection. Of course we had dessert, that was a fluffy and sugary churros and a fried banana ice cream plate... it was unrealistic! great experience, eating, weeping and cocktails!

The place had an unpleasant smell, eating was moderate. we ordered two different appetizers and both had a few squiggly splashing, strange. ordered a steak medium rare, it came rare, we sent it back and came slightly overdue and a little tasteless. would never go back or recommend.

Service was horrible. It took the gentleman too long to ask for our order. Another table 's guacamole and chips was brought to our table but we told the waiter we had not ordered it. Immediately after that, our waiter set down a wine glass and poured red wine from the bottle which we also had not ordered. Brought out order of bread on the house to make up for it. The food saved this dining experience! We ordered ceviche and linguine pasta delicious! Service proved to be poor again, took too long to get the check :

The location the beauty and the food were fantastic! We had an issue with the servers though. We tried to request several other items but the servers forgot and did not come back for at least 20 minutes. We requested another form because the one on the table had food on it and instead the waiter switched it from an empty table instead of getting it washed. It was just too bad. I'm sorry....but the food was great!
