Casita del Campo - Los Angeles

Very quaint Mexican restaurant with indoor and outdoor sitting. Food and service is good and brunch was excellent.

Went to watch Navi Divas and stayed to have dinner loved both!

The service was great and attentive enough eventhough the places was packed. The atmosphere looks good, but it's so loud. I was yelling as I conversed with my companions. Foodwise, I ordered the carnitas plate which was delicious.

My favorite local haunt. The food and service never disapoints.

Honestly, I hate posting this review: if my dad complains that the food is too bland and not spicy enough, there is a problem. While we would have gone to other places for the food, with his limited hearing,it makes sense that the back patio in Casita Del Campo, is our best choice. It’s an amazing location, with an incredible service, but they need to update everything, so that their menu (is more streamlined) and their recipes are up to date with their current clientele. Unless this happens, a legendary restaurant will fade into the oblivion for not keeping pace beyond just service. Food wise, it’s on par with Denny’s. Either they need to shed some customers and up their game or they can continue being bland.
