I ordered fresas con crema, but they gave me strawberry ice cream instead. By the time I received it, the ice cream was already melted. If I had wanted a strawberry shake, I would have ordered one! The price was not justifiable either. It's disappointing that they don't seem to care about providing what the customer actually ordered, instead opting to serve whatever they choose.

Everything on the menu at this restaurant looks great, so I’m giving it a 5-star rating. However, my only issue was the long wait for service; it took about 40 minutes just for us to place our order, not including the preparation time. There were only us and two other customers in the place at the time, but the staff was slow and appeared to dislike being there, which showed a lack of customer service skills.

I ordered corn on the cob, but they only had it served in a cup. After receiving it, I noticed that there was no cheese included. When I inquired about it, I was informed that the corn didn’t come with cheese. I felt frustrated because I had specifically asked for corn on the cob with just mayo. Both employees who served us were unkind, and I really wanted to address the situation rather than write a review, but my boyfriend encouraged me to hold back. Just a heads up: if you decide to visit close to closing time, be prepared for a less-than-friendly service.

Ask them to put Lemon/Lime juice in your mangoneado. Huge difference!
