Fatburger Buffalo's Express

The food was delicious, but we specifically requested no onions on our burger, wanting everything else included. Unfortunately, the burger arrived with nothing but onions on it.

Our order was completely messed up, and the food was entirely inedible. We ended up having to throw it away.

I ordered a Western bacon cheeseburger combo, a kids' hamburger, an original fat cheeseburger, a 6-piece bourbon BBQ wings, and chili cheese fries. We spent $60 for a family of four. The food was freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend it!

We called to place a takeout order and the woman who picked up the phone was AWFUL! She was rude and disrespectful. For a moment she couldn't hear me and she just hung up annoyed. I called back and tried placing my order and again she was extremely rude! I told her I'd be ordering from a different Fatburger. We love Fatburger and we usually come to this one but with people like that I don't want to risk disrespectful people handling my food.

Never disappointed with this location, always correct order and always quality food for me.
