Gen's Korean Bbq House - Los Angeles

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was excellent, and Patrick provided outstanding service, offering great recommendations when we needed them.

I was disappointed with my experience today. The noodles at Chap Chain were chopped too small, making them difficult to pick up. To make matters worse, I received a tea cup that had lipstick marks on it. When I mentioned it to the waiter, he took it away, cleaned it a bit, and then returned the same cup, still showing the smudge. The beef bulgogi was also unsatisfactory; it was tough and hard to cut and separate. Overall, it was just a bad day.

Normally I am not a big fan of this style of restaurant. However, thanks to our servers Samantha and Dom I had an absolutely wonderful time tonight. They were beyond helpful and so friendly. Both of them made me feel so at home and I really appreciated their positive vibes and humor! Thanks so much for the great experience, If I’m ever going to go out for Korean bbq again It’s going to be at this location.

This place is so excellent foods are very delicious huge dinning are then excellent service plus so clean. Parking spaces are plenty of space and free.

The service was great. Our food was delicious but once it came to pay, this young lady was very unprofessional and rude other staff members passed by and politely told me that she would be helping me as time went by and progressed. She didn’t bother turning around or letting me know that she was busy or I was next . Eventually, she turned around and asked me do you need help with an attitude like if she did not like her job, and I was like yes, I do politely she proceeded to give me a pen pend didn’t work. I asked for new one, and she got bothered that I asked.
