Everything is delicious, especially the belly, the barbecue, the consommé and the service and everything, the people are very friendly

Their tortas de carne asada are really good. Really good, like buttery. I also love their chicken mole plate, and their tortas the barbacoa. I grew up on lamb (what they refer to as barbacoa) and I love the taste. But their torta de carne asada is my go to. I was referred to Los Pablanos by a nearby furniture maker, I have been coming for about a year. I wanted local mom and pop quality, the place the locals know and love. I owe my furniture guy a favour. The food is consistently excellent. The rolls they use for the tortas are always fresh which is key. Did I say buttery?

$17 for a menudo that was a 2 out of 5 stars ? nope ! If the tortillas was hand made and if they offered pata with it would of paid $20 ? not coming back
