Macchiato - Los Angeles

The owner or manager of this place should be embarrassed. There’s just one dedicated worker at this amazing anime expo, and the service was extremely poor. It's a shame that the girl on duty today was left to manage things on her own, aside from an elderly lady in the kitchen. To make matters worse, my drink, which was supposed to have chia seeds according to the menu, did not contain any.

Let me tell you, the charcoal waffles are bomb!!! They even packed my ice cream separately so it wouldn't get soggy! 10/10

The food was good, but what I didn't like was that the people in the kitchen were treating the serving girl badly and they did it several times, I'm not sure if they are the owner but nobody deserves a bad treatment anywhere of work, that was what I felt,

I ordered the Okinawa Hokkaido Militant with boba, and while the Hokkaido Militant was really good, the boba was a bit hard. I visited on Saturday at 4 PM, and there was no wait time; my order was taken right away and arrived promptly.

I tried the macchiato sunrise, and wow, it was delicious! I'm usually not a fan of fruit tea drinks, but this one was amazing—super refreshing and highly recommended for anyone who enjoys fruit tea. I also had the pistachio milk tea, which was similar to a pistachio latte but had a creamier taste. Both drinks were excellent! Just a note: they don’t offer sugar-setting options, but the staff was very patient. There was only one employee at the register making drinks, with a sweet older worker assisting them.
