Ocha - Los Angeles

We had to pay and order at one of the booths before we even got seated. No real silverware or plates or cups. Everything was disposable paper plates and cups. Food did not taste like Ocha. It was bland and not spicy at all. I 've never been to this Ocha before and would not come back.

We did not enjoy the styrofoam serveware or standing to order and pay the food before sitting and eating. We were directed to sit at a table with a fly swatter on the seat. When we asked the attendant to take it and he wiped it down but didn't dry it.

Restaurant is not the way it used to be. Terrible service and everything is served in plastic to-go containers. They don’t even serve water anymore.

Best Thai food in the area!! Please try their shrimp and mushroom soup fried rice chow mein orange chicken beef on a stick !

Disposable plates, greasy food, place smells like cat food. To make things worse, if you tip the cleaners, the owners of the restaurant take their tips away and threaten to deport them. My dad talked to one of the guys and he told him this vital piece of information.
