Panera Bread - Los Angeles

Please pay attention to your ingredients. During my last two visits, the lettuce was wilted, the olives were mushy or spoiled, and the bread seemed stale. I've never experienced quality issues like this at Sweetgreen. I don't see any reason to return.

This restaurant is a delightful and cozy spot to enjoy a meal after a shopping trip! Conveniently located between the Village at Topanga and Costco, it’s perfect for getting a little shopping done. I love to explore the Village, pick up some clothes, then grab a bite to eat before stopping by Costco for food and groceries on my way home. Plus, there's plenty of free parking available for a few hours, so you can relax and take your time!

The place looks kinda old. No music playing. Chicken sandwich was kinda dry and barely had any sauce. Not worth it especially for the price of $14 after tax

A better curbside pickup facility will help a lot. Not a marked area for new customers to use the curbside pickup option.

When DoorDash delivered my second order, everything was correct except for the receipt. I called the cafe again and spoke to a different manager. She took my information and assured me that I would receive a call that same day, but I never heard back from anyone, nor did I receive the refund. I tried reaching out to Panera Bread through their app one last time, but a week has passed with no response. While I didn’t lose a lot of money, I feel like my time has been wasted, and I would prefer not to order from Panera again.
