A large tent was placed over the front of the restaurant, increasing the seating availability significantly. Additionally, they serve pizzas from a nearby pizza shop. The food was delicious!
This restaurant is fantastic! When we walked in, our server Colin greeted us with a big smile and went over the menu, explaining that the food comes out as it's ready. Colin provided excellent suggestions and was attentive to our needs throughout the evening. The bread was served as half a loaf with amazing spreads. The salad had just the right amount of dressing and was delicious. The pork meatballs on skewers were perfect. The highlight of the night was the enormous pork chop, cooked to juicy perfection and full of flavor. The chicken and sausage dishes were also great. The cooked greens were a perfect complement to the meal.
I am a big fan of the atmosphere, high-quality food, drinks, and exceptional service at this restaurant. Despite not making a reservation, we were still able to enjoy a fantastic bar experience. Our bartender, Noah, kept us entertained and guided us through a delightful drinking experience. This place checked all the boxes for us. I highly recommend visiting and experiencing it for yourself!
This was a special event that honors a number of women in hospitality industry, including chefs, winemakers and other extraordinary people who made us smile every evening. It all started with a delicious salmon crudo, followed by rainbow carrots seasoned with duck fat and quinoa and topped with lamb chops and greens for our entree. A trio of desserts with cappuccinos and Sambucca were the perfect end. Oh, my! Dear Rossoblu!
Rossoblu was the perfect place to meet friends who were in town for business trips and stay in downtown. Perfect dishes to share, such as the grilled pork and trout along with large sides, large eyes tuna and citrus salad. Maltagliti was appreciated by a friend who also came from Italy.
