Now I have to say it is easily my favorite local Thai restaurant!!This place is a very cute hole-in-the-wall vibe, and the staff was super friendly. They even dimmed the lights for us when we were singing happy birthday to our friend! This place is by far the most reasonable pricing I've seen! $13.00 for pad thai is truly not bad, especially for this area and the portions were HUGE! Whenever I have been to nearby Thai places, my biggest dislike is when the pad thai was too sweet (which is such a weird comment)! But this place does it well, with the right amount of savory-ness. They have side sauces, and wow the spicy one gave me the right amount of heat kick perfect for the meal! Definitely seems like they are super busy with takeout orders during normal dinner times, so definitely order ahead if you're hangry. But even not, this place is definitely worth the wait! Can't wait to come back and try the other dishes
There was a wire in my food! Scary! Oily and not good. Called to tell them and they put me on hold forever. Never ordering there again. Bad customer service and you should avoid. They wouldn't refund. Terrible
This cute thai place has a cozy vibe, definitely a place you should try in the area (Saffron and Rose is almost right next to it)! My friend and I came here wanting to try new thai places in the area and really enjoyed our meal here. The staff sat us down immediately. We both got the tom yum noodle soup, which has such a light but savory broth. It had so many things pork, chicken balls, wonton strips, shrimp, and of course, noodles. This dish was very comforting, with the spices in the broth making my nose run, variety within the meats/proteins, and satisfying noodles. It was genuinely so filling and the portion was great, we both had a hefty amount left over that we are excited to have as a second meal. It seems like a lot of people get takeout from here, so the inside was quite empty; would recommend sitting down here for a hearty meal! I want to come again to try the lunch combinations! Pros: Menu had lots of variety for very reasonable prices, and the portion (at least for the soup) was great. Cons: Cannot think of one!
The much special was large, for $12.95 you get to pick a main course, an appetizer and it comes with a side salad. The salad was fresh and the dressing was yummy. I chose the chicken satay which was tender with the peanut sauce which was delicious. In the middle of the day it was busy with pick up orders so the locals must love this spot for lunch.
The food taste good when it is good. I order from here a lot but stopped recently because my last 3 orders were not too great. 1st time I asked for spicy was not spicy and I asked for extra veggies…it came out extremely watery no taste and 4 pieces of chicken ?2nd time I asked for spicy (because it is suppose to be spicy) I got a dish full of bamboo shoots didn’t have taste1st, 2nd, 3rd time not spicy and they have been using pieces of the chicken for the Satay in the red curry ? not good because that chicken is thick and dry… I don’t know why they do that but it is not good at all!On a good day when everything is fine the food is good.
