Thank you to this program my daughter, single mom , can go to work a place my grandson in the care center without worries about money, time and safety. I am so thankful since I don't live in California.Thank you !!!!

I'm the parent and have been approved since 2/23. I still don't have Crystal Stairs because the provider's worker is not doing her job. She's lazy, don't keep the provider updated on anything, she lies, rude, she doesn't respond to voicemails or emails. It's 7 months later and I'm still without Crystal Stairs.

I cannot say enough good things about the program and the dedicated staff at Crystal Stairs Inc. As a parent, I am incredibly grateful for the support and resources they provide throughout many underserved communities in South Los Angeles.The impact of CSI Head Start program on the lives of the children and families it serves is evident. The staff 's commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment is truly remarkable. They bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, making a positive difference in the lives of those they serve. I can truly say, that my son is ready for Kindergarten and I am happy that I have given him a Head Start on his academic journey.I would highly recommend CSI Head Start to anyone in need of support and resources for their children.Thank you, CSI Head Start for your unwavering dedication and commitment. You are making a real difference in many communities. My family and I are forever grateful for all that you do!

Unfortunately, this agency has not paid a past due bill for over 90-days. Maybe it is not the full agency, however, when staff create an account with thousands of dollars past due, the leadership and board should ensured it was paid.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. No one answers the phone and they do not return your phone calls. I applied for childcare in January. I completed my intake appt. and I haven't heard from the intake worker or supervisor since January! I have no idea if I've been approved for childcare or not. This is pathetic service.
