Feedback gevenGreat overall other than this is the 2nd time they mess up my order and when they bring food out they talking about they forgot to charge me something so i have to go back to pay if i really wanted it.
They never answer their phones!!!!! That is bad business!!!!
The food is always hot and the lady is so friendly I love it the fries are always hot and crispy
I used the drive through. I didn't get my sauce for the chicken bites, which were over cooked. Why ask me what sauce and not give it to me along with no napkins.
When it comes to fast food joints here in California, customer service can be really unprofessional, and rude. But not this place! I’ve been looking for checkers ever since I came to California and I’m glad I found this one. It is an hour away from where I live, but I will make the trip every single time if I am in the mood for some good ol checker rally fries. The customer service there is wonderful. The manager is a sweetheart. Thanks Diego for excellent service. Did I mention the #2 is Bussin?
