Starbucks - Los Banos, Laguna

Baristas were just gossiping taking over 20 min on my 2 drink order ? and the drinks still tasted bad after all that time

In the last couple of weeks the atmosphere has gotten better. The music isn't as loud as it was. It's now more enjoyable to sit, talk and enjoy my drink.

We stop at this location at least 2-3/mo. on our commute from Gilroy to Fresno. Food is always tasty, my caramel macchiato with breve is always perfect. Staff has always been fast and friendly. Location is right off the main road, hwy 152, and the area seems safe. As long as things stay the same we'll keep coming back.

As good as any Starbucks can get. Restrooms are usually clean. Coffee orders always correct. Egg bites to keep protein and fat in our tummies. We always stop here for a pit stop on our way to Visalia. The staff manages the random bursts of chaos as well can be expected. As much as my wife and I like more independent coffee roasters, we always delve into the Starbucks while traveling for the consistency of product and the typically clean restrooms.

It was the awful experience! First time in my life I had to wait for coffee 20 minutes. Everyone after me got it? and the workers said: sorry for delay. I’m just curious how do they decide who gets coffee first?
