Eleven College Ave - Los Gatos

We had an open table reservation for 2. The restaurant is literally empty inside . They offer us high chairs. We say we want a regular table . The lady says all the tables are reserved . We ask “should we have specified that we want a regular table ? We didn't see that option in open table “. She says somehow the other guests who will arrive in the future , has picked out regular tables. Whatever bs I guess because we were non white , we got this “special” treatment

I probably won't return to this restaurant because the experience was quite unpleasant. However, I don't believe it's entirely the restaurant's fault. Initially, everything was going well as we ordered appetizers and started eating. Then, a large table of eight women who were already intoxicated arrived and sat next to us. They proceeded to shout and talk so loudly that we had to raise our voices just to have a conversation at our table. Although we finished our dinner, we decided to forgo coffee and dessert just to escape the noise. I also noticed that three other tables of two and four people, who came in after us, left even earlier. Our waiter was excellent, and the food was decent (though it might have been great if the noise hadn't interfered with our enjoyment). It would be beneficial if restaurants could find a way to seat large groups away from smaller tables to create a more pleasant atmosphere.

Absolutely the worst salad I've ever had. There was no dressing, and when we requested some, we were met with attitude. It was such a disappointment. We've visited this place many times before, but our last experience was the worst. I've honestly had better salads from the supermarket.

We went out for a friend's dinner and were lucky enough to get a table by the fire, which was highly recommended. What a delightful experience it turned out to be! The atmosphere was cozy, the food was fantastic, and our server, Jake, was exceptional—he seemed to anticipate our every need. With such a wide variety of delicious dishes, he guided us through the options, which is exactly what I expect from a restaurant of this quality. He truly made our evening perfect. And don’t forget to save some space for dessert; they were absolutely delectable!

We had a fantastic meal here the food was very very good, and the service was exceptional prompt, friendly, and catered easily to particular tastes and food allergies. The value was also very good, with wines that aren't priced in the stratosphere, and also an easy to navigate kids menu. We really love this place.
