Starbucks - Los Gatos

I dont often go to Starbucks, but when I do, this is the one I choose. Great atmosphere and service.

I don't come here often, maybe a couple times a week. I'm happy with the service :

Staff was very nice, and the order came out in LESS THAN 10 SECONDS after taking my order. Atmosphere was great, counters and tables were clean. The only issue was my drink came out a bit overfilled. What I mean is if you opened it, the drink would spill. So I couldn’t really stir it well. Other than that the service was great :

This place was amazing. Seconds after I ordered my first drink was already done, I ordered three total drinks and I was in and out! All the employees were working so well with eachother too, this is a to go spot!

These guys had doors locked at 7:22 pm when published closing time is 7:30. This is not right. They saw me outside and shook their heads as in saying we 're closed. If your employees have to do 1/2 hour of closing duties, state your published closing time as 7 pm so employees can leave by 7:30. This is not the customers problem: it 's corporates problem.
