Suishi E - Los Gatos

This restaurant offers a fantastic atmosphere and is truly enjoyable. The sushi, fried rice, and California rolls were absolutely delicious—fresher than anywhere I’ve eaten before. The memories I made here will last for a long time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great sushi experience!

The owner, who is also the chef, is very friendly and the food is great. It's clear that many customers come back regularly. While I was waiting for my order, two other customers arrived for their pickups, and the owner greeted them by name.
