Feedback gevenI placed an online order and when my son went to go pick it up, first of all the lady at the counter mispronounced my name back to my son three times after he told her the spelling and correct pronunciation, then she told him that the wait was going to be ivermectin and hour and in the app it said 15 minutes, then with a rude attitude she said if you don't wanna wait I can cancel that order there's only three of us working tonight, what do you want to do? Chewing gum like a wild goat and having a very dirty appearance. Please know that I have loved Domino's up until today. Never had my son been so disrespected in his life, you are very lucky it was my well mannered child that went. If it had been me there would have definitely been a problem. I will no longer buy anything from Dominos in my life. And I am going to spread the word of your rude employees at 3471 Highway 47 in Los Lunas NM 87031. I would advice you to supervise and train your employees better and change your criteria for selecting your employees. This is going on Google Review as well!!!!! Gema M Dominguez
I bought the $19.99 special (two medium one topping pizzas, two liter soda, parmesan knots, cinnamon bites). The quality of food was good, but the amount of toppings was scarce. I ordered mushrooms on one pizza, green chilies on the other, there was maybe two pieces of toppings on each slice of pizza. Not impressed by that. Flavor was good, just the amount of toppings was very small.
Never had a Dominos experience quite like this… Jenny helped me out more than I would’ve expected from a fast food worker. They were quick with making my food but not only that, when Jenny saw I was short a few dollars she offered to use her own money which helped me out a lot! I will never forget this experience along with this location!
My order is never correct. My order is never on time. My order, if correct is always burnt.
Placed an online order for pizza. Estimate was 20 minutes for pick up. Arrived at the store and waited an additional 25 minutes. Went to the window 45 minutes after the order was placed. Was told that the order was going to be another hour before it was ready. After an estimate of 20 minutes it was going to be two hours in reality to get the food. Asked for a refund. Was told it will take up to seven business days to get a refund. Never received any communication about needing more time for the order. Absolutely horrible experience. If the estimate on an order is 20 minutes and it turns out it’s going to be two hours until it’s ready, please notify me! Now I’m stuck waiting up to seven business days to be refunded for the order. Likely never visit Domino’s again!!
