Feedback gevenI was in the mood for KFC, but when I arrived, the doors were locked, and the employees were laughing at customers trying to enter during the day. They had put up a sign instructing customers to walk or drive around to the drive-thru. The service was really disappointing. The managers and corporate need to address this issue and make improvements, or they should consider closing this location and leaving our town if this is how they intend to operate.
I've never had a bad experience at this location before, but today I was truly taken aback by the unprofessionalism of the so-called manager on duty when my husband and I arrived. We ordered a Chicken Little combo and explicitly requested the Chicken Littles to be plain. After paying, we checked the receipt and noticed they weren't marked as plain. Once we got our bag, I checked the Chicken Littles, and they weren't plain either, which left my husband and me quite disappointed.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I tried to dine in three times over the past year, but it never worked out. It’s really frustrating, and I feel it reflects poorly on the KFC brand. I won’t be coming back again.
They all are great here including the gm , I would also like to highlight that Anthony is a great manager and goes above and beyond , probably the best KFC in New Mexico !
I get the famous bowl at all these KFC. As long as they don't screw with the famous bowl, I'm happy. I hear their chicken buckets and sides aren't bad either lol. One thing I never understood is how the chicken sandwich is so lame.
