Teofilo’s - Los Lunas

Unfortunate visit to our local Teofilo's tonight. What's usually a wonderful experience became a frustratingly long wait for a server to take our order. After 40 minutes with no assistance, we decided to take our business elsewhere.

First impression: WARMTH!! The welcoming smiles and beautifully decorated atmosphere make you feel like you’ve come home to this wonderful, loving family. That being said, as you walk to your table, you are immediately struck by the incredible display of curated Art as each and every piece is beyond exquisite and truly shows off everything I love about New Mexico! Lastly, my favorite part: the food. The food is, in a word, yummers!! It is AUTHENTIC New Mexico Cuisine at its very BEST! Whenever I am in town, I always make it a point to come to this spectacular restaurant!! So glad I discovered it years ago!!

The fajitas had no veggies. Literally $16.50 for steak, beans, rice, and 2 tortillas.

Great food! Owner is a life long local recipes are local delicious.... like mama used to make.
