Marco, the manager, is an extraordinary host who cares deeply about every detail of your stay. Their wine selection and cuisine are truly outstanding. Every meal is a culinary experience that leaves you wanting more. But what really distinguishes this place is its high-quality thermal waters. Immersing yourself in these thermal pools is like entering an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. It's hard to find words to describe how wonderful it feels. The rooms, bathrooms, etc. are simply impeccable. Attention to detail is evident throughout. The rooms are spacious, cozy and offer stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. Excellent in all its aspects, the facilities of the Hot Springs are incredible, 8 pools with different temperatures, the rooms are very comfortable and silent. But without a doubt the best thing is the large living room where there are comfortable living rooms along with literature from all over the world. They offer gastronomy of the highest level and a cellar with the best selections of aged wines from countries such as Chile, South Africa, Spain, France and of course Argentina. Marco the Manager is a great host and will have all the details ready for an incredible stay with his great work team, Cleaning, Kitchen, Waiters and Spa staff. Basically the coordination of a Swiss watch. Rooms: Very comfortable, heated with underfloor heating with a regulator to suit each room.

The hotel is very nice, spacious, heated floors. high-level cuisine and chef's attention. a huge library. good wines, varied and surprising food. good internet. playground... excellent service... and good location to go to Las Leñas to spend the day. The hot springs contain sulfur. They are very good individual pools. (you have to put up with the smell of sulfur) you only enter the hotel with crocks that they give you... it is a good policy... but it is not for everyone... since the owner of the hotel lets his dogs enter ...and they defecate inside the hotel, without any problem.... so except for that small point, which made me feel that as a customer I was worth less than a dog, the rest is very good.
