The Rock - Los Naranjos

The server informed me that the vegan options at this restaurant rotate once a year. Unfortunately, tofu is no longer an option for salads or entrees. However, as of 2024, they now offer a vegan cabbage dish and a vegetable curry. You may be skeptical about a dish centered around cabbage, but it was surprisingly delicious. I also had the curry, which was excellent, especially with the addition of roasted Brussel sprouts. The restaurant is located in a picturesque setting near a river, making for a lovely dining experience.

The homemade lemonade was delicious, and the salad can be customized with over 20 ingredients. The risotto was also really tasty.
