Pagnol Bakery - Los Osos

This charming bakery has a friendly and helpful staff. I can't speak to the bakers, but they offer a vegan cranberry (dark) chocolate chip loaf that was delightful. The loaf had just the right amount of sweetness, maintaining its perfect shape and texture. Although the prices are on the higher side, like many places in the area, they use organic ingredients which are obviously more expensive.

This local bakery in Los Osos is incredibly charming, offering a wide variety of homemade products. We tried the quiche and pesto sourdough croissant, both of which were absolutely delicious. Their sourdough croissants, including almond and chocolate, have a unique and delightful flavor. Be sure to stop by and give them a try!
