The staff is friendly and provides great service in a nice and quiet atmosphere with delicious food.

The entire staff at the restaurant are exceptional, friendly, attentive, and helpful. The restaurant is currently undergoing renovations, but from what I observed during my visit, it will only enhance the already pleasant atmosphere. Despite the challenges posed by Covid-19, the hotel has effectively implemented safety measures to protect both guests and staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again, as both the hotel and Cornwall itself have completely changed my perception of staycations in the UK.

I stayed here last year for 3 nights (21 23 July, 2019) with a group of Italians. Very friendly helpful staff. Was worried about parking my coach but you have a bay which you rope off had to reverse into side road between someone’s house and the stone wall of hotel ???? but with some assistance from your helpful staff I got there. Was lovely to see you all on Best Western’s recent tv programme ????. Best wishes for the future everyone xxx

Well where to start X I'm over joyed at the great service at this hotel Jane welcomed us on arrival and we could not have been made more welcome we have been to this hotel three times now and highly recommend. Due to covid 19 the team has to work to a new way of the new norm. they have everything in place to make you feel safe. please support this lovely hotel and thank you to Jordan who looked after us for dinner a great lad.
