Welcome to a small village of Landes Girondine. We had a very pleasant time around the menu dishes that were all excellent, so... The fresh liver is impeccablely cooked with a blueberry sauce, but I haven't eaten so good in a long time. An pineapple dessert you must discover! Everything is successful at the Merle Blanc, an impeccable service, smile and humor.

Tonight we tasted the special duck menu. A very good start soup then a good dish but no more... then burnt cream not terrible... damage. We will try to go back to taste the card.
