Kfc - Loudon

The drive thru speaker wasn't working properly when I came through an my order was messed up..but the staff and manager were super friendly and quickly fixed the problem.. great food!!

Great crew, excellent food. Thank you guys for the cinnamon bons or whatever they are called. So yummy!

First and last time eating at this KFC. I can't believe they would allow this kind of food to leave their restaurant. They must assume most business is coming from interstate traffic so they don't care.The 2 piece chicken (breast and wing) had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. It was burnt and so dry, even the dog got choked on it. The biscuits must had been left over from the day before. It was like a rock. Putting it in the microwave didn't even soften it up. I was so disappointed in this meal, I'll never go back. I dislike giving bad reviews but this place deserves one.Parking: Open lot but I suggest you drive on by.

So I stopped by this KFC, and am very disappointed, first of all the young man that I met at the door taking out a large bag of trash, didn’t only not speak as I greeted him, when I was fixing to order, he came back in didn’t wash his hands, I asked for fresh chicken, when he went to the back to check , the young lady that takes drive through orders, ask me if she could help me, of course I told her the young man that went to check on fresh chicken didn’t wash his hands , she immediately went and told him what I said,which I appreciate that, when I did get the chicken, it wasn’t fresh, probably because I am black and a truck driver, he figured that when I walked out the door that was it,lazy sorry young people that work here, act like they didn’t get home training on wash hands before any meal, will not have to worry about me anymore I’m done with that, maybe someone there can set him straight, in other words practice good hygiene please, especially when serving others!!
