Feedback gevenThe subs are great, but it's disappointing that they're no longer $5 footlongs. The catchy tune just doesn't have the same ring to it with the higher prices. On the bright side, the atmosphere is nice. I gave it 4 stars mainly because there was only one sandwich artist on duty, which meant a wait for our food.
Finally, he finished with the woman and started on the man in front of me. By this point, there were more than five people waiting in line. While he was cutting the man's sandwich, he once again stopped to talk to the woman, completely ignoring the growing line of customers. If I wanted to wait 20 to 30 minutes for food, I certainly wouldn't choose to wait at Subway. I ended up leaving out of frustration after waiting so long, and I noticed others behind me were doing the same. I understand he mentioned he was frustrated about having to sweep again, but why take so long making two sandwiches and then choose to chat for even longer with someone he had already spent 20 minutes talking to? It's absolutely ridiculous. After this experience, I won't be returning.
This establishment deserves one star because there wasn't an option for zero stars. Earlier today, shortly after 1 PM, my colleague and I went there for lunch. I ordered a turkey and bacon sandwich on a toasted spinach wrap, but the wrap wasn't toasted at all. At the very least, I expected the cold bacon to be warmed up. Many of the vegetable toppings I wanted were unavailable, and the cookies were overbaked. When I asked the employee about the toppings that usually come with the turkey sandwich as advertised on the menu, she had no idea. Her response was, "You can choose whatever toppings you want!" But that's not true; I couldn't get the toppings I wanted because they didn't have them in stock. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager and was told, "I only know his first name, and it’s Robert, but he’s not here right now." I will be disputing the charges and will not be returning to this restaurant.
I?ve Worked at a subway before, I know they are each individually owned but this one was just poor! I made an online order and I understand the machine didn?t work. It?s happened when I worked at one in August- November of 2021. But to leave one person doing 4-5 sandwiches as you have customers waiting and the other employee is just sitting around in the back? That?s unacceptable! Then after waiting when my order was due to be ready around 1:30 it?s almost two and they are remaking my sandwich after I had gotten the wrong one. I felt the need to go in the back and make it myself knowing I could and I still have an active food license. Then as I complained about paying 13$ for two foot longs and getting one completely wrong Footlong I hear the woman employee bad mouthing me how I should?ve just taken the damn sandwich. I have never felt more disrespected. Though through the second mistake they did try to make it up to me and I do appreciate it. They asked me if I wanted a cookie or extra cheese. And for the effort that?s the only reason I?m giving two stars instead of just one. Dated: 02/20/2022
Terrible! They prioritize in store customers over online orders, even orders entered hours ahead. The cashier has no clue how to refund. Whats happening here Subway? I paid, and was never getting the sandwich!
