Pizza Hut - LOUISA

So maybe it is just me but I am not a fan of Pizza Hut pizza but I am giving them 4 stars because the service was fast and the staff was attentive. The inside is also clean!

So haven't had a pizza hut taco pizza since the mid 70s as a kid. Ordered one tonight via pizza hut app. to bring home. Smooth, on time pick up and it was amazing!! 2nd try of this pizza hut in Louisa in the last month. Last time it was dine in and the place was very clean. Employees actually cleaning in between work.

We were in the area and thought it would be fun to stop and relive part our childhood by eating in a Pizza Hut instead of just carry out. It was nostalgic for sure. The food was good and the service is was ok.

We just left this restaurant after finding a live fly inside of our Parmesan cheese shaker. Unfortunately this as after we had already eaten a decent portion of our food with the cheese on it. I would normally understand that flies happen, but the manager’s response to us was unacceptable and accusatory. Our waitress was truly and sincerely understanding, but again, the manager did not understand why we had just lost our appetites at this point. She went so far as to remark on how much we had already eaten and her words were “it happens, we can’t control flies”. Yes, flies happen, but he more understanding of our disgust in the moment and work on how we interact with the customer.
