Feedback gevenI just called Beef 'O' Brady's, and there was no real ringing—just hold music—and then it hung up on me. I tried calling another Beef 'O' Brady's location, and it was the same issue at all of them. This is now the third restaurant I've attempted to contact, and I can't seem to get anyone to pick up the phone or acknowledge me as a potential customer. Answering phone calls is an essential part of running a business. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's noticed this, so it seems like you're okay with losing business.
The food was outstanding. A big shoutout to our server, Katlyn (sp). She was fantastic and took great care of our large group. Bravo to her!
Once we moved to her section, she attempted to explain her frustration, but it was clear she didn’t have many other customers at the time. We decided to order our food to go, but even so, she seemed very eager to return to our table to check on tips or the bill. Perhaps this server was just having a rough day, but her customer service skills definitely need some improvement.
My family came in last night, a newer young lady Ashley was our server. Service was astonishing for a new gal she took the time to take my daughter to the restroom and stayed with her until done. Our food was amazing and we will definitely be returning!
It was a little dirty, I'm thinking no big deal they are probably understaffed and were busy. When I opened my menu it was super sticky. Server was decent. The food was nothing to write home about though and super over priced. I got chicken and it was good and my drink was great. Hubby got steak and shrimp, the shrimp was undercooked and the steak had no flavor. We both left half our food and didn't get to go boxes. Went to Cheddar's paid pretty much the same amount and we got way more food and it was delicious.
