Feedback gevenI stopped by for a quick snack, but it turned out to be anything but quick. The food was hot and delicious, but the service was quite slow. The woman handing me my food was wearing headphones, and it took over 15 minutes from when I ordered until I received my meal.
I ordered the Italian Chicken Parmesan with fries, which was prepared fresh and tasted great. The fries could have been a little hotter, but they were still decent. My wife had the junior Whopper and said it was good and made correctly. We went through the drive-thru, and the staff were nice and friendly. The parking lot was clean as well.
Best burgers ever, simply because they are grilled. The flavor is seared into the meat.
What’s particularly impressive is that I’ve been in during both shifts, and the experience is consistently excellent. This shows that the management is aligned and the entire team is on the same page. Chris has assembled a fantastic group of people who deliver great service, whether it's morning or evening. I've visited Burger Kings all across the country, but I have never experienced such consistency between shifts. Typically, one shift shines while the other falls short, but not here. Chris, I don’t know how you managed to pull together such a great team, but you've trained them well. You should be extremely proud of this amazing group of individuals you’ve created into a Burger King team.
This is a a smaller location with a play area inside. It was clean and at quick glance in good working order. The service was fast and respectful but I asked for very heavy pickles. I only received three on my sandwich when I received it. I was in a hurry so I did not request them to fix my order. The food was hot and well assembled. I went between lunch and dinner so the place was slow and empty.
