Feedback gevenEvery time I have dinner here, it's cold and really sloppy. they always put 2 shreds of salat and they are in the regular carving of the hard part of the head of salat. I'm tired of wasting my money. they burn it off and start eating and working with fresh food.
There was nothing unusual about the appearance of facilities at Burger King on Outer Loop. The restaurant was neat and clean. Kudos to the manager/facilitator/cashier/custodian who had to perform multiple tasks alone. She even walked around the outside of the building to serve a customer waiting at the drive-in. The business was severly understaffed although there were about three others in the kitchen. The food was good. We were not rushed, but we were asked to leave through the side door. The front door had to be locked so that the overwhelmed employee could go to the restroom. My heart went out to her. The line of cars grew as we left.
Good food and the employees working there were doing their best. Just like most places these days they are definitely short on staff so it takes longer than it used to.
There was only 1 employee in there actually doing his job he was working in the drive thru and had no help , when I walked in there was a girl and a guy in the back just standing there talking... Then another girl walked up a little later looked at her watch and walked back off... This place has gone down hill...
I missed french toast sticks. My visit felt good. I'm glad I reunited with it. DippingItInSyrup, prevent drips is such a challenge. Thank you.??
