California Pizza Kitchen - Louisville

We had a really negative experience at this restaurant. The waitress was not attentive at all; we had to go to the bar to request a drink refill and pizza sauce. Unfortunately, we still didn't receive the sauce even as we were leaving. Given the poor service we encountered, we feel that the food and overall experience do not justify the price. We cannot recommend this place.

First time I have eaten here and enjoyed every bite of my Italian salad absolutely loved the place

The food was disappointing and lacked flavor, and there wasn't enough staff to provide proper service for this establishment.

Do NOT recommend. We are here on a Sunday at 3:15. There were lots of open tables in the restaurant yet service was terrible and incredibly slow. Our waitress was sweet but forgetful, we had to ask multiple times for water. We had two drinks from the bar that took 30 minutes to get. She asked if we would like bread for the table, after about 30 minutes we each got a bite sized morsel of bread. It was pretty funny actually. I ordered a whole Thai Salad with grilled chicken. The waitress brought me out a half salad and it seriously had 3 small pieces of grilled chicken on it. This was $14.99. half salad was 14.99. The quality was not even impressive. I will never eat here again. We ended up being there 1 1/2 hours at a time when the restaurant was mostly empty.

We miss CPK from our California life. We ordered our old favorites and loved them.
