Feedback gevenWhat happened to the courteous servers who would enthusiastically say, "It's my pleasure to serve you"? It seems they've been replaced by staff who lack care and act like they're doing you a favor by taking your order. The food was lukewarm, and the service was subpar.
Additionally, the fries here had a strange taste; they were extremely dry and lacked any seasoning. The chicken was also oddly dry and cold. I definitely prefer the Chick-fil-A near Costco or the one in front of Home Depot.
I placed my order through the app, which indicated that it was ready. Given that the restaurant was busy, I patiently went through the line and informed the employee that my mobile order was waiting. She asked me to wait under the sign, which I understood. However, this location is notoriously slow at calling out mobile orders, so I found myself standing there for 15 minutes for my food. I work in the mall, so I use the app to save my break time, but by the time I finally received my order, it was cold. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I definitely do not recommend ordering through the app here, as I have consistently experienced poor service.
Chicken on chicken sandwich was so thin. I've never ate the chicken deluxe meal and still been hungry after. Th sandwich was mostly bread. Won't be back.
Amazing service. Girlfriend and I couldn't decide between a chocolate or Carmel shake. The kind worker John went ahead and made us both after we ordered a chocolate. Hell of a high touch. Thank you John! Very kind of you!
