China Express - Louisville

We've been visiting this restaurant since we moved to the area, and we absolutely love the staff, the sushi, and everything on the menu! I haven't been back since they closed the dining area, but I just saw that it's open again. I'm so excited! It's closed on Mondays, which is today, but I plan to go tomorrow at 11:00 AM for the opening! I can't wait! By the way, their prices were fantastic before COVID, but I understand that they may have had to raise them like many others. I'm sure it’s still great!

After what felt like an endless wait, I finally got my food. I was supposed to receive an egg roll, but it never arrived. I requested a small amount of onion and bean sprouts, but instead, I received an overwhelming amount! If I hadn't just finished a long day at work, I would have gone back to voice my concerns. This restaurant has really declined since it opened a few years ago, and the food doesn’t even taste good anymore.

The best Chinese takeout in Louisville! The food is perfectly seasoned every time, and they don't overcook their seafood. Definitely try the fried scallops with their special sauce!

I truly enjoyed my meal. My order was prepared exactly as I requested. It was my first time trying fried scallops, and they were excellent!
