Con Huevos - Louisville

Solid outing for breakfast or lunch. The chicken was very moist and the Drunk Burrito was tasty. The churro waffles were good. I would not say they are especially reminiscent of churros, but they are good. I would definitely recommend the burrito or breakfast sandwiches over the sweets.

Cool spot, popular with groups of all ages. Latin owned, staff friendly. Interior decor was clean and neat. Food was ok.

Staff is extremely friendly and the food is great. I don’t think I’ve ever tasted a better breakfast burrito than the one I had here. I recommend this place 10/10

For lunch, I ordered the Drunk Burrito online with Carnitas and it was excellent. Pork had a lot of flavor and the serving size was huge. I made two meals out of it. My order wasn't quite ready when I got there but the server at the counter told me he would bring it to my car since I brought my dog with me. He was so genuinely nice, it was infectious!

I love this place and their fantastic Mexican breakfast. I usually get the huevos rancheros and can’t resist the churros. Their coffee con leche is great too. Good service. Fun dinning room.
