The manager on duty on Sunday night(9/10/2023) had claimed to make our blizzards. They were liquid when receiving them and poured out of the cup. When we called, her response was less than helpful, stating I made them myself, they are fine, you can come back if you want. in a rude, snotty tone. I stated fine, I 'll call Costa and let him know, she said ok and hung up. Poor customer service and untrained staff leave a poor outcome for food service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I order from here a bit. Most of the time, service is awesome. But sometimes, like us all, they may have a rough day, and it shows in your performance. No biggie. Food is always fresh and hot. Ice cream is great. I don't like sitting inside because it's a bit loud for me.
