Feedback gevenWhen I returned with my brother, who was waiting in the pickup line, an older African American woman, possibly in her late 20s or early 30s with braids (not the same girl I spoke to on the phone), was behind the counter on her phone. I greeted her with a "Hello," but she just looked at me and rolled her eyes. I explained that I was there to collect the missing donuts, and she handed me the box rather roughly. Aside from this incident, everything else was fine, but I found her behavior to be rude and unpleasant. If someone has a consistently negative attitude, they might not be suited for a job in food service.
I waited an hour for two hot chocolates, and the manager was extremely rude—her name might have been something like Levada. I will never return, and they really need to work on improving their health score.
I went to Dunkin' to pick up my mobile order, and while I was enjoying my iced coffee, a huge wad of black hair got stuck in the straw and ended up in my mouth. It had been floating in the drink.
We were in on a busy Friday morning, visiting from out of town. There were only 2 staff members working. The line was long l was about to tell my daughter we couldn?t have Dunkin, but she begged! The two staff members were incredibly efficient and mostimportantly kind they kept the line moving. Our order was ready quickly and was hot and fresh.
We visited a bustling Dunkin' on a Friday morning in the city. Despite having only two employees working, the team was very efficient and remarkably friendly, which helped move the long line along quickly. I was almost going to tell my daughter that we wouldn't be able to get Dunkin', but she really wanted to stop in. Thankfully, our order was prepared quickly and it arrived hot and fresh.
