Encore On 4th - Louisville

Before the concert meal; eating was great and we enjoyed

2 the entries were not admissible. the Entree salad had so much dressing that it was unusable. service was not available. will not return.

It was about 8:15 the place was quite empty, except a function in the back space. the bartender waited for us. We were told that the kitchen was closed so that the menu was limited, but then it was said that it wasn't that we were ordering what we wanted. Eat came out, it was okay, but our salat almost comes when we were finished with our escapes. average eating, good drinks

Our meals were not bad, but the menu was very misleading. the menu fish and chips, roggen, tartar and one side. I asked the server if the chips were French pommes or kartoffel chips. the server said neither, it is just as it is spoken on the menu. no chips, I asked? No, she said. why does it mean fish and chips if chips do not come with the meal? the server had no answer. the server asked the manager to stop, so I asked him about the fish and chips on the menu, and when French pommes, or kartoffel chips came with him as the menu said fish and chips. the manager listened to us the ad we discussed the formulation of fish and chips, and he finally said I bring them a few French pommes with their meal. we still have the pages we ordered, and that was good with generous portions. the formulation in the menu was unpleasant. if the restaurant 't is to serve the chips with the menu point, fish and chips, then they must delete the words, and chips and simply call it a fish dinner.

This was one of the worst dinner experiences we had in Louisville. First the wine was ordered and it took such a long time for it to show up to the table we had another server stop and ask if anyone has helped us yet, even the host stopped by and asked. Once the wine showed up it was flat and you can tell it has been sitting open. Next a server stopped by to refill our waters and poured a significant amount of water on the table and just left it. The appetizer was okay but nothing special. Once the entree arrived and we took our first bit we were done. The food had no flavor and was so bad my date did not eat anymore than a few bits. The cost of this visit was ridicules for the quality of the food and the service. We will not be back.
