The absolute best Cuban in Louisville! I've been enjoying their food and cocktails since they started many years ago. Always on the top of my list when trying to figure out where to go for dinner.

Havana Rumba Tapas Bar is not just a Cuban restaurant it is a complete immersion in Cuban hospitality, and cultural experience. The flavor profile of Cuban food is known for its bold and savory elements and this restaurant does it right in every aspect. My favorite dish is the Ropa Vieja, which means old clothes in Spanish, and is a flavorful and tender shredded beef dish in a tomato-based sauce. My order had rich, savory, and slightly tangy flavor. The beef was tender and paired with a rich blend of aromatic spices, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Additionally, the moros y Cristianos, a dish consisting of black beans and white rice was seasoned to perfection with spices and herbs resulting in a rich and slightly smoky flavor in every bite. Regardless of the dish you order, Havana Rumba Tapas Bar provides customers a delightful blend of various culinary influences, including Spanish, African, and Caribbean flavors. I highly recommend the ropa vieja (shredded beef), lechón (roast pork), or vaca frita (fried beef). This is a great option for those looking for something different in a lively atmosphere.

Good drinks and Cubans food, quick and friendly service. Sometimes the sit down service is a little slow or food comes out of the kitchen in odd order, but take out is fast and hot.

Always a great meal here. Usually stop by every time I visit Louisville. Food is delicious. And the staff is great too. Wonderful place to celebrate your birthday as they come out and serenade you with a big bang song.

I am Cuban and live in Indiana. I have to drive 4 hours to visit them. Very good Cuban food, excellent presentation and very delicious flavor.
