Kfc - Louisville

Took forever to get my food to me. Tried to go through the drive-thru, and they made me pull forward, and we had to go inside for it, and everyone was high. They tried to slide the fun at us down the counter. It spilled everyone, and they asked us to clean it up for them. Food tasted great when we finally got it though. I ordered a 16-piece bucket of fried chicken and noticed that a lot of the breading was falling off. I'm not sure what happened there. The service for takeout was good. The meal was for dinner and the price per person ranged from $30 to $50. The food was rated a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5. I would recommend trying the fried chicken.

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, it's my favorite in the area. The service could be improved, but I still recommend it. The restaurant offers takeout for dinner, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.

The food was good but the one thing I didn't like was that the manager didn't have the kid (serving sides) to wear gloves, he would grab the mashed potatoe bowls with his bare hands and had his fingers on the inside of the bowls which I thought was disgusting considering all the viruses and germs around, then he licked his finger after spilling gravy on it. I guess seeing that the manager wasn't wearing gloves he thought he didn't have to. Glad to say all the other food handlers were wearing gloves because if they weren't I wouldn't have purchased the food, I threw the potatoes away when I got home.
