Kfc - Louisville

I suggest closing down this unpleasant and rude establishment. The staff behave as if they are above doing their jobs and they dress and act in a very unprofessional manner. No one acknowledged me at the front counter, although many looked at me and simply walked past.

The food was terrible and clearly old. The chicken tenders, breast, and sandwich were tough and dry. The drinks at KFC were unavailable, leaving only tea, water, and lemonade. The mashed potatoes tasted like they had been reheated multiple times. My mother spent nearly $30 on what felt like leftover food that had simply been warmed up. That's exactly how the meal tasted. When I tried to call several times, no one answered. It was a complete waste!

I wanted to enjoy some fresh Kentucky Fried Chicken while visiting Kentucky, so I drove to this location for the buffet. However, I found a note taped to the door stating that the dining area was closed due to COVID. It's September 2022, and schools are back in session. It seems like it's time to get things organized and back to normal! We ended up not eating there.

Sign on the door says they're open for dine in, but the lady inside yelled (presumably to me) that they were only doing drive through right now. So I just left, as it is way too hot to eat in my car.
