Stumbled upon this place after watching a show about authentic tacos one night. I happened to drive by on my way to another taco place and decided to stop! I am so glad I did. I got 3 tacos, asada, al pastor, and one mix. each was delicious and very reasonably priced. This is exactly the type of authentic Mexican tacos this area needed!! This part of town didn't have many options and I am this place is perfect for it. Will definitely go back!

When you walk into this restaurant you suddenly realize that you've either made a great or horrible decision. Upon walking in you wonder for a second whether or not it's even a restaurant. Slowly you see the chairs and booths. This is clearly a mom and pop (literally) shop as when I went in a child was just hanging out doing things 4 year olds do, mileage will vary on this aspect. When they brought out the chips and salsa the chips were were actually hot and one could see the oil still on them. The burritos pastor arrived just about when I finished my chips. The burrito looked fantastic. I cut into the burrito and was greeted by wonderful aromas. The flavors melded into one wonderful burrito. I'd be hard pressed to find a better a Mexican restaurant with the same quality, value, and experience. I plan on coming back

Lunch meeting at La Bonita Tienda. This is a newer restaurant with authentic Mexican food. We were there for an early lunch with a large party and were seated immediately. Simple menu but food was very good. I had the taco salad with ground beef and the meat was plentiful. The portion was large and everything was very fresh. They don't provide free chips and salsa, but you can order as an appetizer. Service was good. Would recommend.

This is your classic don't judge a book by its cover. The place is not the most appealing on the inside but wow the tacos were great and for $2.50 a taco they were decent size! One of the more authentic places I've been to. Definitely worth trying!
