Very slow service food was cold and workers were rude. Inside was dirty and customers were cussing and mad there food was taking so long like 30 min wait to get food

Even though they only had 2 people working, and they were both new, they still did a fantastic job and had a great attitude. The new manager made sure to come out to the drive thru and let us all know what was taking so long, and she was very apologetic for the wait.

Want to eat fast food but also want to waste 45 minutes in a line.this is your place. Don’t worry about deciding whether to dine in as the doors are conveniently locked hours before closing. You will be politely be greeted at the drive thru speaker with a voice saying “pull up to order” as there is a sign on the menu that says the worker is hard of hearing. Upon pulling up to the window you will understand why they couldn’t hear you as the wonderful music blasting greets your ears. Don’t worry about remembering what’s on the menu as they’ve simplified it by being out of everything except fish and fries. don't cry that it's over smile because it happened.

The worst experience ever. Slow, rude, incorrect orders, closes early, won't take orders. I have every nightmare experience you could imagine at this place. I wish my fiance didn't like the food because I want to never return

I’ve been to this location twice now—always like to give a place another chance before saying they’re bad. But omg I have never waited that long in a line for a mobile order—I waited 20+ minutes for my food only for them to bring me the wrong order and have to wait another 10 to get it. The first time I went there I went inside and it was lowkey nasty. I know everywhere is short staffed I try not to complain but my order is still wrong and I’m missing half of what I paid for. I can’t report that it’s wrong because they won’t answer (they were super busy when I left) and they will be closed by the time I go back for missing items. This is probably the worst fast food place I’ve been to in a while
