The service was extremely slow, and the food was served cold. The staff were unfriendly, and the interior was unclean. Customers were frustrated and cursing, as it took about 30 minutes to get their meals.

Despite having only two staff members on duty, both of whom were new, they did an excellent job and maintained a positive attitude throughout our visit. The new manager took the time to come to the drive-thru to explain the delays and was very apologetic for the wait.

If you're craving fast food but don't mind spending 45 minutes in line, this is the place for you. Forget about dining in, as the doors are conveniently locked well before closing time. You’ll be warmly greeted at the drive-thru speaker with a prompt to “pull up to order,” accompanied by a sign indicating that the employee is hard of hearing. When you reach the window, you'll soon realize why they might not have heard you – the loud music playing is quite the welcome! You won’t have to worry too much about the menu either, as it’s been simplified to just fish and fries, since they seem to be out of everything else. Don’t lament that it’s over; just smile because it happened.

The worst experience ever. Slow, rude, incorrect orders, closes early, won't take orders. I have every nightmare experience you could imagine at this place. I wish my fiance didn't like the food because I want to never return

I’ve been to this location twice now—always like to give a place another chance before saying they’re bad. But omg I have never waited that long in a line for a mobile order—I waited 20+ minutes for my food only for them to bring me the wrong order and have to wait another 10 to get it. The first time I went there I went inside and it was lowkey nasty. I know everywhere is short staffed I try not to complain but my order is still wrong and I’m missing half of what I paid for. I can’t report that it’s wrong because they won’t answer (they were super busy when I left) and they will be closed by the time I go back for missing items. This is probably the worst fast food place I’ve been to in a while
