Rally's - Louisville

This location consistently struggles to get the burgers right. I really enjoy Rally's, but it's frustrating that my orders are almost always incorrect. The burgers often look like the condiments were applied haphazardly, as if a toddler did it from across the room. Please, get it together!

I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered the #7 "Mother Cruncher," and it was completely undercooked—raw, in fact. I also had to wait half an hour just to place my order and receive my food, despite there only being three people ahead of me. To top it all off, the fries were soggy. Overall, not a great visit.

Given that there were 5 to 7 staff members on duty, I expected better service. I had to wait for someone to bring out the second part of my order, which was frustrating. I ordered for four people—two adults and two kids—but the team didn’t seem to be in a hurry. In fact, I noticed a large group of staff in the back room, seemingly preoccupied with their phones. They might have been on break, but it gave me a poor impression of their service. The food was good, but it didn’t sit well afterward. Perhaps that's just the nature of fast food.

Can anyone explain what is going on at this location?? I work 2nd shift. Few places are open now past 10. This is one of the few.....if it's open. It appears they turn all the lights off around 1030pm, maybe 1045, then all the employees go outside,while the side door is cracked open. Then the lights go back on about 11, 1115. My last visit, the girl that took my order wascussing like a sailor. F....this, mother effer that. While the window was open and she was taking my money. Come on guys. Getit together.

Cashier wouldn't let me change my fries to a bigger size. He said it was not possible but I doubt it. That would mean Rallys has a horrible POS system, I don't believe that. Wanted to edit this. I might believe he didn't know how to change it. Who knows itmight had been his first week. Other than that, he was friendly.
