Somewhere Restaurant and Bar

Somewhere else it would have been better. the wet did not realize that I had a reservation, which means that I had to double check that they marked me as checked for my points. they had no cocktail menu. the only thing I liked was the $15 pitcher of mimosas. They let them pick up from abi, ananas or cranberry. I didn't like it enough to come back or recommend it.

I wanted to come here after all the good reviews. sitting early on Friday, what I guess is not the most “Hoppin” time. platz had occupied only 2 other tables and a few young ones at the bar. was in a position to barely come under the wire for happy hour, and that was a good thing. ordered a $2 vodka/cranberry and a $4 chicken quesadilla...both were great. husband ordered the roast chicken dinner with potato and grilled mixed vegetables. with fast service he grieved happily into what he was “delicious “ chaos of food! more people started at 8 o'clock, but they were pretty sure they weren't there for eating.

Why seat a party for dinner when your kitchen cannot handle the crowd? After not getting our appetizers for 1.5 hours, was told the excuse they couldn’t handle the volume. Was told by the server that the restaurant would need to “build a second kitchen” in order to accommodate guests properly. The server had no empathy and the manager did not bother to stop by during this disaster. It’s horribly operated. Do NOT recommend coming here at all.

Appetizers were OK , all of our sandwiches (burger, fried chicken and black bean) were pretty bad really very disappointing. There is nothing special about this place other than you can escape the chaos of Nowhere for a bit. I wouldn 't go back for dinner/meal. Maybe for drinks and appetizers maybe. Service was friendly if the food is bad it 's not the servers fault.

This was our 3rd visit. We come to see the Quaads band. We have had dinner each time. Food is always great. Had the fried pickles this time. Loved them, best we have had. Always have a fun time.
